Great White Shark Cage Diving 1 Day Adventures can be booked as an individual or a group making up a part of or a full tour compliment. We do not have minimum passenger numbers to operate, if we have a booking the charter will go ahead! Individual bookings are a popular option as you meet new people and make new friends whilst on board with us. All of our Cage Diving Adventures are conducted on our ultra modern customer vessel ' MV Calypso Star 2'. She offers guests the very best in comfort ensuring you have a relaxing and memorable day onboard. get the maximum amount of cage time and quality service. |

Everyone knows that when dealing with nature there are definitely NO GUARANTEES. We want to make sure that you are well informed about our Shark Policy and that your expectations are reasonable. We can surely do our utmost to 'lure' the Great White to us within government specified guidelines however being the wonderful, impulsive & unpredictable creatures that they are we simply cannot change that. In the event that a Great White is not seen throughout the entire day, you will be offered a 'Half Price Gift Voucher' to take with you for you to return within the following 12 months for half the retail price. These vouchers cannot be exchanged for a refund or redeemable for cash due to the high costs associated with running the charter. Shark activity varies year by year. Our FAQ page gives details regarding the best time to travel. |
TRAVELLERS INSURANCE No liability will be accepted for injury, sickness, loss or damage however caused. This includes costs associated with changes or cancellation of travel arrangements. Calypso Star Charters highly recommends that travellers take out Travellers Insurance and will not be responsible for any delays that may cause loss of travel arrangements. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings require payment in full at time of booking, unless prior arrangement has been made with Calypso Star Charter. We gladly accept Bank Cheque, Master Card and Visa (phone transactions accepted), Money Order, Cash or Direct Bank Transfers. |
BOOKING ONLINE & OFFLINE Calypso Star have the latest secure technology, however, if you would prefer to DOWNLOAD and print out a form, you can complete it and send or fax to +61 (8) 8682 6877 or use our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. Group Bookings: Group bookings of ten or more guests are offered at a discounted rate, *CONDITIONS APPLY* Please contact us for more details. Exclusive Charter: Our Vessel is also available for exclusive charter for ONE DAY charters. This option allows guests complete privacy, exclusive service and maximum Shark Cage Diving time. Please contact us for pricing and requirements. We will gladly help to make an itinerary that best suits your needs. |
MEALS We supply all guests with their meals throughout the day, covering breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as well as light snacks. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements when you book. e.g. vegetarian or allergies to food to ensure we cater to your specific requirements. |

If a customer wishes to cancel a charter up to 3 weeks prior to their departure datefor ANY reason once payment has been made a 20% deposit will be lost. If a customer wishes to cancel a charter between 3 weeks & 1 week prior to their departure date for any reason once payment has been made a 50% deposit will be lost. If a customer wishes to cancel a charter 1 week or less prior to their departure date for any reason once payment has been made 100% will be lost. |
REFUND POLICY Calypso Star Charter Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any charter due to mechanical breakdown or extreme weather conditions. Charter cancellations due to both mechanical breakdown and extreme weather conditions are offered a FULL refund of their charters costs or have the option to reschedule their charter date. Please be aware that there is not always a departure date the next day and if there is there are not always available seats. OUR REFUND POLICY DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL OR ACCOMMODATION BOOKED BY THE PASSENGER. WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FOR UNFORESEEN CANCELLATIONS. In the rare event of a cancellation we will advise you asap, please ensure you provide us with a mobile telephone contact number when booking. |
