| 'NO SHARK' Policy |
Everyone knows that when dealing with nature there are definitely NO GUARANTEES. We want to make sure that you are well informed about our Shark Policy and that your expectations are reasonable. We can surely do our utmost to 'lure' the Great White to us within government specified guidelines however being the wonderful, impulsive & unpredictable creatures that they are we simply cannot change that.
In the event that a Great White is not seen throughout the entire day, you will be offered a 'Half Price Gift Voucher' to take with you for you to return within the following 12 months for half the retail price. These vouchers cannot be exchanged for a refund or redeemable for cash due the high costs associated with running the charter AND they are also Non-Transferrable. |

| Travellers Insurance |
| No liability will be accepted for injury, sickness, loss or damage however caused. Calypso Star Charters highly recommends that travellers take out Travellers Insurance and will not be responsible for any delays that may cause loss of travel arrangements. |

| Bookings require payment in full at time of booking, unless prior arrangement has been made with Calypso Star Charter. We gladly accept Bank Cheque, Master Card (phone transactions accepted), Visa Card (phone transactions accepted), Money Order, Cash or Direct Bank Transfers. Use our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. |

| Exclusive Charter: Our Vessel is also available for exclusive charter for ONE or MULTIPLE DAYS. This option allows guests complete privacy, exclusive service and maximum Shark Cage Diving time. Please contact us for pricing and requirements. We will gladly help to make an itinerary that best suits your needs. |
| Currency: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes Goods and Services Tax (10%GST) |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Changes in charter dates can be made up to 1 month prior, upon payment of a $25 admin fee on top of any applicable price rises. If a customer wishes to cancel a charter up to 2 weeks prior to departure for ANY reason once payment has been made a 20% deposit will be lost, if a customer wishes to cancel a charter between 2 weeks & 1 week prior to departure for any reason once payment has been made a 50% deposit will be lost, if a customer wishes to cancel a charter 1 week or less prior to departure for any reason once payment has been made 100 % will be lost.

| Calypso Star Charter Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any charter due to mechanical breakdown or extreme weather conditions. Charter cancellations due to both mechanical breakdown and extreme weather conditions are offered a FULL refund or rescheduled charter date. Please be aware that there is not always a departure date the next day and if there is there are not always available seats. You can book on the next available charter. Our refund policy does not cover travel or accommodation booked by the passenger. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen cancellations. |
